The State Bar of Texas is committed to making high‐quality legal publications accessible to all its members, across all income categories. Accordingly, scholarships are available that may be applied to the purchase of online subscriptions or downloadable versions of Texas Bar Books publications. If a publication has both an online version and a downloadable version, we will provide a scholarship for only the online version and not the downloadable version.
