Special Instruction 76 - Reimbursement
The 88th Texas Legislature in HB 1547 amended the Texas Family Code to address the statutory claim for reimbursement between marital estates. This important update, which should be reflected in Special Instruction 76, was not included in the 2024 Texas Probate System.
